Health and Safety Leadership Statement

Workplace Health and Safety is of critical importance in our overall operational processes. It is the allegiance of Occupational Health and Safety Managers to conduct its self in a way that the health, safety and the wellbeing of employees, clients, sub-contractors and the general public are not in any way compromised or impaired as a result of working for or within the organization.

In ensuring a complete implementation of this policy, Occupational Health and Safety Managers shall:

  • Oblige to complete compliance to all relevant statutory duties, regulations, industry standards and code of ethics, making adequate provision of resources to meet these requirements.
  • Secure complete involvement of employees and sub-contractors in health and safety matters, seeking their inputs on workplace hazard reduction and improvement of control measures.
  • Make available wealth of information and requisite training to all employees in achieving behavioural change and understanding in handling workplace health and safety outcomes.
  • Provide support and initiate Employees Assistance Programs (EAP) to ensure meaningful rehabilitation for all employees who sustain workplace injury or illness.
  • Continuously set workable standards in our Health and Safety Management Systems (HSMS) which will be regularly reviewed in terms of achievement and performance.
Occupational Health and Safety Managers will conduct the affairs of its operations within the safest operating standard in ensuring safety of lives and assets without also ignoring the environment hosting our operations.

It is our honest commitment to come in a most responsible and safe manner to ensure accident occurrences, work related illnesses and other forms of work induced impairments are brought to a non significant ratio.
